The Opportunity

Carey Baptist College is excited to offer three unique opportunities for passionate Primary Teachers specialising in language studies to inspire a love of languages and cultural diversity in our students. Commencing in January 2025, these permanent positions are available across two of our campuses:

• 1 x 0.2 Indonesian Teacher at our Harrisdale Campus

• 1 x 0.2 Japanese Teacher at our Harrisdale Campus

• 1 x 0.6 Indonesian Teacher at our Forrestdale Campus

About the Role

As a Primary Teacher at Carey you will be responsible for: Deliver lessons that develop language education to our students that aligns with their varying skills and abilities Apply school curriculum and assessment requirements across learning plans and models. Implement effective student management consistent with the College policies. Demonstrate care and concern for the spiritual, emotional, social, and academic development of students. Work co-operatively with College Leadership and colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the College.
