The Opportunity

We are seeking an outstanding educational leader, with the relational, strategic and operational skills to shape the next chapter of growth for our Carey Baptist College Harrisdale campus. Established in 1998, the Harrisdale campus has grown to educate more than 1,500 students from Kindergarten to Year 12 annually and has consistently achieved exceptional educational outcomes.

Under the direction of the Director of Education and working in partnership with a wider leadership team, you will be responsible for the leadership, oversight and management of Carey Baptist College’s Harrisdale campus. Whilst holding responsibility for the college, you will recognise your place in and connection to the wider Carey vision, and will actively engage with the Carey Board, Council and Carey Executive Team in serving and fulfilling this vision. In partnership with other College leaders, the wider Carey Leadership and internal service team, you will lead and manage the planning, delivery, evaluation and improvement of education by strategically developing and deploying resources.
