St Peter’s Anglican Grammar is one of three schools governed by Campbelltown Anglican Schools Council, as a ministry of St Peter’s Anglican Church, Campbelltown. St Peter’s Anglican Grammar is a Christian independent school and seeks to employ practising protestant Christian staff who can contribute to the Council’s mission statement.

Overview of the Position

The Clerical Assistant plays a crucial role in providing efficient receptionist duties and operational assistance to the School’s office by the provision of a range of administrative and systems support. You will work with discretion and confidentiality and present a professional, warm, positive, and welcoming presence and will engage with the broader community in keeping with our organisations Christian beliefs, values and practice.

This is a full-time position that reports to the Principal, through the Principal’s Executive Assistant

To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate the following:

  • Are a committed Christian, who is active in the life of a Reformed Evangelical Church.
  • Conduct themselves in a manner in keeping with the Campbelltown Anglican School ethos and Code of Conduct at all times, modelling Christian maturity to the school community
  • Have exceptional communication and relational skills with children, parents, colleagues, the School and the community
  • Excellent telephone ettiquette
  • Superior oral and written, interpersonal, stakeholder, relationship management and conflict resolution skills
  • Work effectively and collaboratively in a team
  •  Willingness to learn new skills and ICT applications
  • Holds a valid Working with Children Check in NSW (WWCC)
