Deputy Principal (Whole School)

Calrossy Anglican School is seeking an exceptional, values-driven leader to join our Executive as Deputy Principal (Whole School).

This is a rare opportunity to lead across a Prep–Year 12 environment, shaping whole-school culture, strengthening Belonging, Purpose and Pathways for every student through a broad and responsive mix of educational pathways, driving teaching and learning excellence, and contributing significantly to the strategic direction of a dynamic, multi-campus school.

Working in close partnership with the Principal, alongside the Executive team, and in collaboration with staff, families and the wider school community, the Deputy Principal plays a critical role in advancing our mission of Excellence in Christian Education, ensuring alignment between vision, strategy and day-to-day practice.
