Caloundra Christian College is a Pre-Kindy to Year 12 independent Christian school on the Sunshine Coast. The role
We are currently seeking an organised and enthusiastic Secondary Sports Coordinator to lead our sport, physical education programs, and other co-curricular activities. The Sports Coordinator ensures that a comprehensive co-curricular program is made available to students reflecting their interests and abilities. The role involves managing events, teams, equipment, and staff, while promoting student participation and enjoyment in sport and other College activities.
This is a teaching position with a Position of Added Responsibility (PAR) for a Term 3, 2025 start.
Motivated and experienced applicants will :
- Have completed a Bachelor’s degree in a related subject
- Bring expertise in sports education and co-curricular activities, with experience in administration, coaching, and event coordination
- Demonstrate strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Have experience managing budgets and working collaboratively in a team environment
- Stay current with curriculum developments in sport and recreation
- Communicate effectively with students, staff, families, and the wider community
- Hold a current Queensland Teacher Registration
- Be eligible to work in Australia
