About the Role:

Bundaberg Christian College is seeking a highly relational, motivated, and judicious administration professional to serve as the Executive Assistant to the Head of Secondary. This pivotal role contributes to the smooth operation of the Middle and Senior (Secondary) School, ensuring administrative tasks are efficiently managed and communication flows effectively. Commencement Date: April 2024

Tenure: Part-Time (4 days per week)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the Head of Middle and Senior School’s calendar, including scheduling appointments and events.
  • Provide administrative assistance, such as drafting correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Respond to enquiries and complaints from stakeholders in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Assist with the planning and organisation of Middle and Senior School events.
  • Support the development and maintenance of information systems within the Middle and Senior School.
  • Undertake additional tasks as required by the Head of School.
