Tenure: Full-Time (5 days/wk), term time only.

Role Overview:

The Teacher Aide – Prep plays a vital role in the daily operations of the Prep classroom, supporting the teaching staff in delivering high-quality learning experiences for our youngest students. Working within the Junior School Learning Enrichment team, the role focuses on assisting with classroom activities, supporting individual and small group learning, and contributing to the social, emotional, and academic development of Prep students.

The successful applicant will be an enthusiastic team player with strong interpersonal skills and a heart for nurturing young learners within a Christ-centred environment. This position reports to the Learning Enrichment Coordinator and works closely with Prep teachers, other support staff, and families.

Applicants who demonstrate an active Biblical faith that aligns with the College’s Statement of Faith, currently being expressed in a Christian Church, are invited to apply.
