Bundaberg Christian College (QLD) is a non-denominational, Christian day-school (P-12) seeking to offer an excellence in education within the context of a genuine Biblical framework. Tenure: Full-Time position (0.5 Teaching, 0.5 Leadership).


Following the promotion of the incumbent leader, the College is seeking an exceptional educational leader to join our Middle and Senior School.

The position is responsible for leading the development of teaching, learning, curriculum and academic administration within the Middle School and Senior School. The position is responsible for maintaining a culture of high academic expectations and a shared sense of responsibility for student engagement, learning, development, and success. The position will also take responsibility for Literacy and Numeracy and wider learning programs, as well as lead innovation and research-based initiatives in line with the College’s strategic direction. Key to the role will be an ability to engage staff in professional discourse and action around key aspects of pedagogy, assessment and differentiated curriculum, consistent with AITSL Professional Standards.
