The Role:
Following the promotion of the incumbent Director, the College is seeking an innovative and dedicated education professional to join our leadership team as the Director of Student Life for Years 7-12. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on student wellbeing, behaviour, leadership, and culture within our Middle and Senior School.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of pastoral care programs that promote critical thinking, values-based decisions, and social-emotional progress.
- Oversee student behaviour management and support staff in maintaining a positive, restorative approach to student discipline.
- Guide the Student Wellbeing team, including Wellbeing Coordinators, Psychologist, and Chaplain, in planning and executing Mental Health and Wellbeing events.
- Cultivate a school culture aligned with Christian values, inspiring students to strive for excellence in character, scholarship, and faith.

Qualifications:
- Active personal Biblical faith aligned with the College’s Statement of Faith, demonstrated through regular church involvement.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in educational leadership.
- Strong ability to foster a positive, supportive, and inclusive school culture.
