Key Responsibilities
The appointee will be expected to:
Demonstrate exemplary teaching practice in line with contemporary educational standards.
Plan, implement, and evaluate well‑structured learning programs that support both academic achievement and pastoral growth.
Establish and maintain safe, inclusive, and challenging learning environments underpinned by fair and equitable behaviour management practices.
Participate actively in the College’s broad co‑curricular offerings.
Integrate Christian worldview perspectives and Biblical truth throughout teaching and classroom practice.
Essential Requirements
Applicants are expected to:
Demonstrate a commitment to the College’s mission, vision, and values as an expression of active Christian faith.
Hold appropriate teaching qualifications and meet relevant registration requirements.
Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to work collaboratively within a Christian educational community.
Demonstrate professional competence, reflective practice, and a willingness to engage in ongoing development.
