At Brindabella Early Learning Centre, we are committed to providing exceptional educational experiences for children in their formative years. We understand the importance of a strong foundation in early childhood development and are dedicated to shaping the minds of tomorrow’s leaders.
As the Assistant Educator (Cert III Qualified), you will be assisting the ECT / Lead Educators to implement the educational experiences as well as the day-to-day operation in the room.
Duties will include, but not limited to:
Build positive relationships through respectful and meaningful interactions with children, staff, and families.
Provide adequate supervision for children in various learning experiences.
Assist ECT / Lead Educator to conduct observations for our amazing children.
Assist ECT / Lead Educator to set up learning spaces or experiences.
Act as a positive role model, demonstrating positive behaviour and language.
The successful candidate must:
Hold a Cert III in ECEC.
Hold a current First Aid Qualifications (Early Childhood specific)
Previous experience working in an Early Education and Care service (Preferable).
Hold the WWVP card.
Be familiar with the EYLF and NQF guidelines.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
A positive, caring attitude and willingness to improve.
