IT Officer

As an IT Officer, you will be the friendly face of ICT support across the College. You’ll assist staff and students with technical issues, help maintain our systems and devices, and contribute to improving our ICT services. Every day brings new challenges, and you’ll play an important part in helping our community flourish.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide responsive, helpful technical support to staff and students
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and classroom technologies
• Assist with troubleshooting network, device, and system issues
• Support the rollout of new technologies and projects
• Maintain accurate documentation and asset information
• Uphold College values as you serve our community

You’ll be a great fit if you:

• Have solid ICT knowledge and a passion for helping others
• Possess strong communication, teamwork, and customer-service skills
• Can juggle tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Have experience in IT support (school environment desirable but not essential)
