Brindabella Christian College is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead the College’s ICT operations and support teaching, learning, and administration in a values‑driven Christian environment.

Reporting to the Deputy Principal – Operations, this senior role oversees ICT staff, systems, vendors, and budgets, while working closely with the CCM Technical Team to ensure secure, reliable, and future‑focused technology services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise onsite IT Support Officers
  • Manage ICT operations, budgets, procurement, and vendors
  • Oversee core systems including Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Hyper‑V, Jamf, Intune, PCSchool/FACTS, Schoolbox, and Edsmart
  • Ensure cybersecurity, data protection, backups, and compliance
  • Provide strategic ICT advice and support staff capability development

About You

  • Proven IT leadership experience (minimum 5 years IT experience, including leadership)
  • Strong technical expertise in Microsoft 365, MDM platforms, virtualised environments, and networking
  • Experience managing ICT budgets and vendors
  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
  • Commitment to Christian values and ethos

Requirements

  • Relevant IT qualification or equivalent experience
  • WWVP registration and Police Check
