About the Role:
Bethany Christian School is seeking a passionate and collaborative educator to join our School Leadership Team as Diverse Learning Coordinator in 2027, with the opportunity for the role to transition to an ongoing position.
Working alongside teachers and staff, the successful applicant will provide strategic leadership in diverse learning, build teacher capability, lead the Diverse Learning Team, coordinate Education Support staff, and strengthen our whole-school approach to inclusive practice, ensuring diverse learners are known, valued, appropriately challenged and supported to flourish.
