Belmont Christian College has two position requirements for a Primary Teacher to play a pivotal role in the College by delivering quality Christian education that contributes to the holistic development of primary school students.

Position 01: A full-time, temporary parental leave cover for all of 2027.
Position 02: A full-time, permanent position.

The successful applicant should:

  • Be qualified to provide quality Christian education to students in primary school.
  • Have a passion to improve the learning culture for every single learner.
  • Have high expectations and an understanding that improvement is a shared responsibility.
  • Expect to be part of a God-honouring, collaborative staff team.

All staff are required to be Christians, active in their local church and willing to follow the College’s codes of conduct and child-safe policies.

Applicants should be creative and insightful, and able to demonstrate exemplary skills in student differentiation and programming across all key learning areas. Applicants must be familiar with the current K–6 syllabus and be able to adopt explicit instruction teaching practices as their core teaching pedagogy.
