Belmont Christian College is seeking a dedicated, skilled, and Christ-centered Facilities and Project Manager. This hands-on management role is responsible for campus maintenance, physical infrastructure, WHS compliance, capital projects, asset management, contractor coordination, and the smooth functioning of buildings, grounds, equipment, and buses in collaboration with the assigned team—ensuring a safe, well-presented, and future-ready environment for our P–12 community.
The successful applicant will:
• Be a committed Christian, actively involved in a local church, and supportive of the College’s Statement of Faith.
• Bring proven experience and knowledge in facilities management, repairs and maintenance, asset stewardship, contractor coordination, and WHS compliance—preferably in an educational or comparable multi-site environment.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of WHS, fire safety, building codes, and risk assessments.
• Show capability in planning and delivering minor and major building projects, refurbishments, and upgrades.
• Preferably hold (or be willing to obtain) an MR licence for occasional bus movements.
• Bring strong organisational skills, initiative, problem-solving ability, and a heart to serve in a Christian community.
• Hold a current WWCC and demonstrate commitment to student and staff safety.
The Facilities and Project Manager plays a key operational role within the Business Operations team and reports to the Director of Business Operations and Risk. This role will oversee and manage the upkeep, maintenance, and development of the College’s facilities, physical infrastructure, assets and premises.
