Belgrave Heights Christian School (VIC) is located in the Dandenong Ranges, Victoria and is a thriving and vibrant educational institution established in 1983 with over 850 students from Kinder- Year 12.

ABOUT THE POSITION
An opportunity has arisen for a highly capable, experienced Careers Adviser to work with our secondary students and staff in providing advice, resources and guidance in this important area.
The successful applicant should have a Graduate Certificate of Careers Education & Development or the relevant experience to fulfil the requirements of this role.
This is initially a replacement position to December, 2022 with a possibility of being extended. This is a part-time (3.5 days per week), mostly school term-based role, which requires some additional days during term breaks.
Responsibilities will include:
- Organisation and delivery of the Work Experience program
- Careers counselling for secondary students
- Year 10 subject selection interviews
- Year 12 VTAC applications and student interviews
- Keeping abreast with relevant tertiary education requirements
- Attendance at Careers network groups
- Knowledge of the Careers Tools platform and the implementation of this program.
